Germany has long maintained its reputation for delivering top-tier supply quality in electrical energy. Nevertheless, several Bavarian companies are experiencing heightened demands on voltage quality due to increasingly automated production processes, leading to potential disruptions. A series of specialized presentations delved into the current state of automatic reconnection and outlined grid operators' countermeasures. Best practice examples were showcased to illustrate these topics. Additionally, the research team behind the completed NetzEntwicklungsOffensiveStrom (neos) project presented their findings, shedding light on the recent evolution of voltage quality and its technical origins.
