If you are studying at the OTH Regensburg for one or two semesters as part of an exchange programme, you can apply for accommodation in a student dormitory using the following form.
Please read the application carefully before submitting it. To ensure that everything is displayed correctly, please fill in the form on your computer, not on your mobile phone.

Application deadline:

For the summer semester: December 1
For the winter semester: June 1

Late applications will not be considered!

The following application is aimed exclusively at international exchange students. International students who are completing an entire degree programme at the OTH Regensburg have to use the application form on the website for international degree-seeking students.

I accept that I have to pay a deposit in advance. This sum will be refunded 6-8 weeks after the end of the contract and after leaving the room clean and without damages. Exchange students have to pay an additional housing fee which is not refundable. At the end of the renting period, you have to leave the room 2 working days before the end of the month.

2.
The International Office offers only a limited number of rooms to exchange students. These rooms differ in price, size and quality. We will try to fulfill your wishes, but we cannot promise it. For more information, please visit:

3.
For exchange students, the time of staying in a dorm room is limited to 1-2 semesters, depending on the duration of their stay.

I agree that my personal data will be passed on to various student dormitories and private landlords for administrative purposes. I know that I can revoke the consent at any time.

Annahmeerklärung / Acceptance of Housing

Deposit: 350 € (refundable after leaving without damages and obligations)
Housing fee: 60 € (not refundable)
Student union fee: 198 € (you will be informed about the exact amount)

Please only transfer the full amount of 608 € to our bank account after you have received a firm commitment regarding the accommodation. You will receive the bank details with the official room confirmation. Your bank transfer must be received by June 30 or December 31.

Annahmeerklärung / Acceptance of Housing*

Hiermit erkläre ich mich einverstanden, ein Zimmerangebot des International Office zu akzeptieren.
