Office hours by appointment

The core task of the person of trust is to promote the participation of severely disabled people in working life in the workplace and to assist and advise severely disabled people. To this end, they offer opportunities for discussion, make their knowledge available, intervene in the event of difficulties and represent the interests of severely disabled and equivalent persons in measures planned by the company or department. This requires, above all, that they know the severely disabled people and their workplaces very well and keep an eye on them in order to recognize problems in good time. They must also have a good overview of the company or department and the employment opportunities for disabled people at all times.
