Creation of new structures for research and transfer

Prof. Dr. Oliver Steffens

As Vice President for Research and International Affairs, I am the scientific director of the ZFT. My tasks include

Representing the interests of research and transfer in the university management
Strategic planning for the further development of OTH research priorities and research structures and for the expansion of research and transfer in line with the university development plan
National and international networking of the university with industry and science
Cooperation with partner universities in the areas of research, doctorates and innovation
Strategic development of research infrastructure and research data management
