Our International Office has a limited number of rooms in student halls of residence which we can offer to exchange students. The rooms differ in size, specification and rates depending on the hall. For organisational reasons it is not possible for you to choose your room yourself, but we will try to find you a room that meets your requirements. Our halls of residence are open to men and women of all religious denominations. In apartment shares, male and female students share kitchens, bathrooms and toilet facilities.
If you want to rent a room via the International Office you must send your application for accommodation to the International Office via this online form before the deadline (1 June for winter semester, 1 December for summer semester).
International degree-seeking students (= students who are completing an entire degree programme at the OTH Regensburg) who wish to apply for the waiting list have to use the application form for degree-seeking students on the website for international students (under "Accommodation").
We recommend you to plan your journey in advance, so that you can pick up your room keys on the arrival days within our opening hours (8 am – 4 pm). Otherwise, you will have to arrange temporary accommodation in a hotel or hostel until you can pick up your keys.
Please also carefully read the information on the topics below. For any further information on accommodation, please ask the contact person for housing at the International Office.
